This Course aims to lay down the difference between the notion of “justice” and “law”. It deals with the organization and arrangements of courts and prosecution; selection of administrative leaderships in courts; achieving judiciary justice. The course also introduces principles relating to social justice, economical justice, moral justice, and political justice. Students explore the theory of justice as a social contract and get to realize the difference between what is “justice” and what is “law. Course Goals: • Identify the different kinds of courts and their jurisdiction. • Scrutinize the court system deficiencies and lay down possible solutions. • Realize the differences between Law and Justice as a concept. • Critically analyze the different kinds of justice in the society.
